Division Eligibility

SECONDARY

Middle & High School

Open to students enrolled in grades 6-12 at any Alaska school with a chartered HOSA chapter. Students must be enrolled in or have completed a health science education course.

POSTSECONDARY

College & Technical

Open to students enrolled in a health science education or health-related program at any postsecondary institution in Alaska with a chartered HOSA chapter.

What's the relationship with national HOSA?

Alaska HOSA is an official state affiliate of HOSA — Future Health Professionals, the national organization. Alaska members compete at state to qualify for the International Leadership Conference.
