Alaska HOSA members who have completed health career exploration activities including job shadowing, clinical rotations, or healthcare volunteering.
Applicants must be high school seniors who are active Alaska HOSA members in good standing. Applications must be typed or word-processed, complete, and grammatically correct. There is no limit to the number of applicants per school.
All scholarship materials including the application form, essay, letters of reference, and transcripts must be combined and scanned into one single Adobe PDF file. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
Completed PDF packages must be emailed directly by the student applicant to the HOSA Scholarship Awards Committee at alaskahosa907@gmail.com.
Recipients are announced on stage at the Alaska State Leadership Conference. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory; checks for monetary awards will be mailed to recipients unable to attend in person.
