Competition Judging
Each year Alaska HOSA conducts state-level competitive event conferences. Students and teachers from across Alaska gather to demonstrate clinical mastery, emergency response, and leadership excellence.
HOSA's competitive events require volunteer judges to help recognize the best of the best among Alaska's health science students. Alaska HOSA actively seeks professionals in the healthcare industry, medical educators, and community leaders to serve as competitive event judges.
You will be provided with complete event guidelines and scoring rubrics that thoroughly explain each event you are selected to judge. When you arrive at the conference, a dedicated Judge Coordinator will answer your questions, provide an orientation briefing, and guide you to your event location.
"Your willingness to serve as a judge is vital to the success of our conferences and the professional development of Alaska's students."
